Our Pledge to You: Our #1 goal is to help you sell your home or property in the shortest amount of time, for the best price, and with the best terms for "you" our clients. We promise to work hard and smart and use our experience to keep you advised and up-to-date on all aspects of the selling process. We will do extensive research on your neighborhood comparable active and sold properties to give you a good estimate of what your home is worth. We will treat you and the sale of your home or property as if the sale process was a normal homeowner sale. As such, we will commit to providing the same unmatched marketing and exposure of your home or property that we provide for normal homeowners (if you haven't already checked out our sellers marketing please take a look at our sellers marketing section for examples of what we do different to expose your home or property to consumers looking to buy). No one in our service area does more to market or offer better quality marketing than us.

What You Need to Do: Because the short sale process is complicated and there are many bank and government (HAFA) imposed guidelines and requirements, we ask that you really have a desire and need to short sale your home or property, that you to be dilegent in performing what you are required to do in this process, that you have a real hardship, that you work earnestly and in a timely fashion to gather all the required documentation that will be included in your "Sellers Package", ie., tax returns, pay stubs, etc., and finally that you are open to work with us so we can do all that we can do to market and expose your property to consumers. (Also note any information you provide to us during this process is kept in strict confidence and any information your provide us will be for the sole purpose of doing a better job for you (and your family).
